Guidance

What makes a memory last

  1. 01One printed photograph in someone's hand beats a thousand on a phone.
  2. 02Record the elders speaking — that recording becomes the most valuable file you own.
  3. 03Ask the photographer for a small set of unedited frames the next day; the wait is the hard part.
  4. 04Frame three images within the month or you will frame none.
  5. 05Write down what you felt at three specific moments before the week ends.
