Your plans stay yours.

You do not need an account to start. Until you create one, everything you enter — your vision, guest list, budget figures, vendor notes, timelines and memories — is saved only in your own web browser on the device you are using. It is not uploaded to us, and we cannot read it.

Because it lives in your browser, that plan is tied to that browser: clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching devices will start you fresh. Creating an account is how you keep it safely.

When you register — by email and password, or with Google or Apple — we store your email address, a display name if you give one, the sign-in method you used, and the dates your account was created and last updated. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.

Once you have an account, the celebration you are planning is also stored on our servers so it survives a lost device and follows you between browsers. Only your account can read it; access is enforced at the database level.

Payments are processed by PayPal, which accepts both PayPal balances and debit or credit cards. Your card details are entered with PayPal and are never sent to or stored by us. What we keep is the record of the transaction: the plan purchased, amount, currency, status, timestamps and PayPal's order reference, linked to your account so we can confirm and support your access.

We use your browser's local storage to hold your in-progress plan, and a session token to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell personal information.

Some pages offer written suggestions. When you ask for one, the details needed for that suggestion are sent to our hosting provider and an AI model provider to generate the reply, and are used only to produce that response. We do not use your celebration details to train models or to build advertising profiles.

We record basic product events — such as which step of planning was reached or when a purchase was started — so we can see where the product is confusing. Our hosting provider also records standard technical information such as pages requested, approximate location, browser type and timestamps, used to keep the site running securely.

We rely on a small number of processors to run the product: our hosting and database provider (which stores account and celebration data), our authentication provider, PayPal for payments, and an AI model provider for written suggestions. They act on our instructions and for no other purpose.

We keep account and celebration data while your account exists, and transaction records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can export the documents you care about from the Documents page at any time.

You can clear the plan held in your browser using the reset option inside the planner or by clearing site data for partytoremember.com. To delete your account and everything stored with it, ask us from your account page or by email and we will remove it.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to complain to your local data-protection authority. Write to us and we will answer.

PartyToRemember is intended for adults planning celebrations. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
