Your plans stay yours.

Everything you enter while planning — your guest list, budget figures, vendor notes, timelines and memories — is saved in your own web browser on the device you are using. It is not uploaded to an account, and we cannot read it.

This means two practical things. First, your plan is private by default. Second, your plan is tied to that browser: clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching to another device will start you fresh.

Because your plan lives in your browser, we recommend exporting the documents you care about from the Documents page — checklists, budgets and schedules can be saved or printed so nothing is trapped in a browser.

You can remove all planning information at any time by using the reset option inside the planner, or by clearing site data for partytoremember.com in your browser settings. Once cleared, it is gone — we hold no backup copy.

Some pages offer written suggestions. When you ask for one, the details needed for that suggestion are sent to our hosting provider and an AI model provider to generate the reply, and are used only to produce that response. We do not use your celebration details to train models or to build advertising profiles.

Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as pages requested, approximate location, browser type and timestamps, which is used to keep the site running securely. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers.

PartyToRemember is intended for adults planning celebrations. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Because we do not hold accounts or copies of your plan, you control your information directly: view it in the app, export it, or clear it. If you have a question about privacy, please contact us.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
