The short agreement.

PartyToRemember is a planning companion for weddings, birthdays, naming ceremonies and other celebrations. It gives you steps, checklists, budgets and guidance. It is not an event agency, and we do not book venues, vendors or services on your behalf.

Budget benchmarks, cultural notes and suggestions are provided for general guidance. They are not financial, legal or contractual advice. Always confirm prices, dates and obligations directly with your own vendors before committing.

You can explore and begin planning without an account. Creating an account (by email, Google or Apple) lets you save your celebration, return to it on another device and purchase the Celebration Pass. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You may ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

The Celebration Pass is a one-time purchase of $39 USD that unlocks the full planning experience for one celebration: all planning steps, the complete guest, budget, RSVP, seating, vendor, food, program and event-day tools, unlimited saved ideas, downloads and exports, and the memories tools.

“One celebration” means a single event you are planning. You may change the celebration's name, date, guest count and any other details as your plans evolve — moving or postponing your date does not affect your access. A Pass covers one celebration and is not transferable to another account.

The Celebration Pass is a single charge. It is not a subscription: there is no recurring billing, no automatic renewal and nothing to cancel. We will never charge the same payment method again without you starting a new purchase.

We accept major debit and credit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed by PayPal, our payment processor, which handles your card details directly — we do not receive or store your full card number. We store a record of the transaction (plan purchased, amount, currency, status and the processor's transaction reference) so we can confirm your access and support you.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any sales tax, VAT or similar charge that applies in your location will be shown before you confirm payment, and your bank or PayPal may apply its own currency-conversion fees.

Access unlocks as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. If your plan does not unlock, sign out and back in first, then contact us and we will resolve it manually.

Your Celebration Pass gives you full access for that celebration for twelve months from the date of purchase, which covers planning, the day itself and the period afterwards for memories and exports. We will tell you before access ends, and your data is not deleted when it does — you simply return to the free experience and can still export what you have made.

If the Celebration Pass is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full, no explanation required. After 14 days we will still review requests fairly, particularly where something did not work as described. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and access ends once the refund is issued.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal — a chargeback takes far longer to resolve than an email to us. Where a chargeback is raised, we may suspend access to the affected celebration until the dispute is closed, and we will supply the processor with the transaction record.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for the decisions you make, and for keeping your own copies of anything important. Please do not use the site to store other people's sensitive information beyond what your celebration genuinely requires.

We work to keep the site available and improving, but we provide it “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product develops.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartyToRemember is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, including lost planning information, missed deadlines or vendor disputes.

The writing, photography, structure and guidance on this site belong to PartyToRemember. What you write into your own plan belongs to you.
